John is an F4B Director, Board member and Coordinator of our Charity’s ‘Visual Media’ and ‘NDIS Support’ business portfolios. 

John was born and raised in Nepal where he began his professional career across a range of corporate roles in small-medium businesses. This experience includes over a decade administering and managing onshore and offshore projects; and supporting the operation of a variety of non-profit, NGOs and fund-raising organisations. 

John completed his undergraduate studies in computer science at the Nepal College of Technical Studies. While pursuing a Master in Computer & Information System at the Nepal College of Information Technology, John made the decision to resettle in Australia with his wife to start family life.  After initially establishing a life for his family in Sydney, John began his journey in Aged-Care and Disability industries.

John has over seven years working with largest Disability services provider in Sydney and Brisbane with frontline exposure and appreciation of the varying levels of support required by individuals and groups with moderate to severe and multiple disabilities.

Being able to work directly on the ground in the physical and intellectual disability sectors has provided John with comprehensive understanding of the needs and support services accessed by families for individuals of varying ages from the very young to middle-aged clients.  Since the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme by the Commonwealth Government in 2018, John became a service provider, and now applies his expertise in operating his own disability support services in Brisbane.  

John gains immense satisfaction from helping support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities achieve success and independence, while also providing regular respite to their families. 

John has been involved in Fight4Balance from its inception by providing visual media and technical consultancy.  He is excited to continue supporting the development and growth of the Charity, both operationally in the design and delivery of programs.

John also operates "Flying Ravens " an ICT + Marketing Communcation company that focus on providing strategic growth services to Small and Medium Enterprises. John is a passionate amateur football (soccer) enthusiast.
