F4B DIP Carnival 2025

Fight4Balance is very happy to invite our community of families, schools and corporate supporters to join our charity’s annual Disability Inclusion Poolside (DIP) Carnival to promote disability awareness and inclusion for boys and girls living with functional & intellectual disabilities, including individuals living with autism (our AllStars).

This is a private event with the pool complex closed to the public.  Guests are asked to give a $5 donation upon entry to the complex, which includes a sausage sizzle.

The event has grown with several new fun activities added.  The highlights being the return of our 50x50m swim relay team events in the 25m pool, and paddleboard challenges races in the 50m pool.  Of course, families are welcome to simply chill out around the complex grounds and enjoy the events, fun and live music.

We also invite any AllStars (our youth with disabilities) ages 10-25yrs who feel comfortable and confident in the pool to join our charity’s F4B AllStars Swim Relay Teams.

We have already received confirmation from several of our local supporting schools and business to participate in our 'Bragging Rights' & 'Lived-Experience of Disability' swim relay events, so be quick to enter your team, as we have room for a maximum of 10 teams per each relay event!

 Volunteers

*There are a number of tasks to do on the day for those who wish to get involved and volunteer behind the scenes which we happily acquit against volunteer community service hours for students from our growing army of supporting mainstream schools where are F4B Buddies are recruited.  Please contact our charity at volunteers@fight4balance.org.au if you would like register as a volunteer.

 School & Corporate Marquees

As with previous years, we invite our growing army of supporting schools and companies to supply a 3x3m or 3x6m branded marquee to set up around the pool deck.  It has meant a lot to the families and students who have supported this event in previous years to see their school logo flying high amongst the other Marquees.  Please contact admin@fight4balance.org.au if you wish to know more.
